The prices you will see are inclusive of GST. However, once an order has been placed the bill will show the GST components for you.

How to Order

Our on-line shopping system has been designed so that it is easy to follow and to use. An order can be sent via our on-line shop at www.useitagain.co.nz

We then maintain contact with you and let you know when payment has been received and, an order has been posted. Allow 2 - 4 days for this process. How to Pay

A choice of payment options will appear as part of the ordering process on line. You can either pay by bank deposit or by credit card. We offer Pay Pal as a safe, easy way to process your credit card payments on-line (You don't need an account with Pay Pal to use this option). Please choose bank deposit if at all possible though, as this significantly reduces our banking costs!

Please use your Order ID number or your name to identify your deposit.

When your payment shows in our account the order will be sent out (allow a couple of days for this). We will keep you informed at all stages as to the status of your order and when it has been posted.

Shipping is charged at check out at a flat rate of $5.00 per order within New Zealand . We send by standard NZ Post to keep costs down and orders will take 2-4 days to arrive. If you would like courier or other postage method then just let us know this in the comments box on the order form and we will adjust the pricing for you and resubmit the invoice to you for payment.

International Postage rates are charged accordingly. Email via 'Contact us' page for shipping pricing or, submit your order then we will adjust the total to include postage and send a payment request via Pay Pal for payment by credit card (You just follow the link on the email to our secure page to input card details etc.).

Packaging

We respect your privacy and our packaging is discreet and does not identify the contents in any way. We use recycled packaging where possible. For more fragile items - we use shredded paper or newspaper for protection or, from time to time we use e.g. bubble wrap but this will have been sent to us so we are reusing it and, hope that you will do the same!

Privacy

We respect the privacy of all customers and potential customers. We do not give or sell any information about you to any other party.

Returns/Refunds

Any defective products will be replaced free of charge or refunded in full within 30 days of purchase.

Due to the personal, intimate nature of our products, for health and hygiene reasons we cannot accept exchanges once our products have been dispatched. So please choose carefully.
