How to Order/Pay
Shop Online within Products
Website Layout/Function
The on-line shop is within 'Products' Other sections are for information purposes. The site-menu appears down the left side of each page. Our website works well most of the time but occasionally we hear that customers have experienced difficulties in placing an order. Computers/the internet etc. do have their 'off' moments for unknown reasons. If you do experience any hitches or indeed would prefer not to order via the on-line shop please feel free to email us with your requirements. This can be via our 'Contact us' page or to sales@poppypads.co.nz.
Shipping
- Postage is FREE within New Zealand . The price you see is the price you pay (No GST to add either) .
- International Postage rates are charged accordingly. Email via 'Contact us' page for shipping pricing or, submit your order via the website and we will adjust the total to include postage then send a payment request via Pay Pal for payment by credit card.
How to Order and to Pay
- An order can be sent via the on-line shop (within Products ) or email via the 'Contact us' page or directly to sales@poppypads.co.nz with your requirements.
- A choice of payment options will appear on the order form if ordering on-line. Please choose bank deposit if at all possible as this will significantly reduce banking costs. The Pay Pal/Credit Card payment button will appear at the end of the ordering process whether you have chosen that option or not - just ignore it if you have selected another method of payment.
- A receipt can be printed out when an order is submitted.
- Confirmation emails are not sent out automatically (we like the personal touch). We send out confirmation emails - usually same day unless evening, weekend or public holiday . We then maintain contact and let you know when payment has been received and the order has been posted.
- Details for bank deposit are as follows:

Please use your Order ID number or your name to identify your deposit.
- You can if preferred, pay by credit card via Pay Pal (you don't need an account with them to do so). After your order has been submitted a Pay Pal button will appear on screen. Click on this to be taken to their secure site to input card details etc. If not ordering on-line but via email, we can still send a payment request via Pay Pal if you would like to pay by credit card
- If you elect to pay by cheque, payment details, address to send the cheque to etc. will be emailed to you (we are a family business and our base is also our home so we don't put up our home address on the website for privacy reasons).
- When your payment shows in our account the order will be sent out .
Returns/Refunds
- Any defective products will be replaced free of charge or refunded in full within 30 days of purchase.
- For hygiene reasons we cannot accept exchanges once our products have been dispatched.
- We want you to be happy with our products and we know that women who use Poppy Pads tend to become very enthusiastic about them and, we are confident that you will too. However, if you don't get on with them for whatever reason please contact us, and we will do our best to help. We may give refunds, at our own discretion, less postage and handling charges, within 3 months of purchase.
